RETURNS INFORMATION & GUIDELINES

Surplusconstruction.ca wants to ensure everyone has a great experience using our site. We also want to ensure everyone using the site is treated fairly. There are 3 Return options used on the site. Each is explained in detail below including some reasoning for the 3 categories. We have in place a Resolution Center just in case a dispute arises regarding returns that cannot be settled amicably. We truly believe our protocols for listing along with the ratings system for Vendors and Buyers will greatly reduce the risk and for the most part create a good sales environment. We also believe because this site has been created for the Electrical Industry most users will indeed be experienced in the industry. Surplusconstruction.ca do not guarantee refunds for any sale. The best policy to avoid returns is to be detailed with the product listings and to ask questions before you purchase or bid.
